✓ Need to travel for medical care — VA appointment, specialist, or surgery
✓ Commercial airfare is cost-prohibitive or ground transport is not viable
✓ Have supporting documentation (DD-214, VA appointment letter or referral)

✕ Not Covered

✕ Active duty military personnel
✕ Non-medical personal travel
✕ International travel (domestic U.S. only at this time)
✕ Recreational or family visits not tied to medical need
